<description>Several months ago I started experiences pain in my testicles. I went to a urologist after noticing a large engorged vein on my left testicle. It was causing unbearable pain and was quite unsightly. It was diagnosed by two doctors in the same office as a varicocle. The doctor mentioned that this condition can be corrected and may cause infertility. After an operation to remove this vein, I noticed that it was reduced for a short time. After several months this condition returned as if nothing was ever done. This was a little concerning so I went for a second and third opinion. The new doctors told me that this is not a varicocle and just a varicose type vein. What? They could remove it but there was really no need. Was the first doctor wrong? Does the industry of urologist really know enough about this condition. I want the pain and vein to go away. Other male friends have mentioned that they had this condition and the vein was removed. How do I get a definite determination and have possible surgery to fix the correct condition? Can you suggest a doctor in the NJ area that has the proper experience in the field of study?
